Chair Yoga at the Church of the Holy Trinity

Holy Trinity is hosting a once a month chair yoga class by food or offertory donation….leave something if you can, take something if you need. Either way come practice chair yoga with us.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
Yoga has healing properties as it is the science and art of bringing mind/body/breath into balance. Yoga doesn’t demand anything from you, it meets you where you are. Come see for yourself.

Chair yoga involves poses like twists, hip stretches and bends that are modified to be done while sitting  on a chair, or standing while using the chair for support.

If you have a body, and you can breathe, come enjoy the many benefits mind/body/breath of yoga provides -

Boosting strength, flexibility, and well-being, among a plethora of others.

Wear comfy, stretchy clothes, and come join us.

“If you’re doing it at all, you’re doing it well. Just keep putting your best foot forward”
